About Kim
I am Muhammad Akmal Hakim bin Hishammuddin, a researcher and aspiring professor specializing in urban planning, low-carbon sustainability, and geotechnical hazard risks. With a strong background in civil engineering from Tongji University and experience at the UTM Low Carbon Asia Research Centre, I am passionate about shaping the future of sustainable urban development. I want to teach because I believe in the power of education to drive positive change. Sharing my expertise allows me to inspire the next generation of engineers, planners, and sustainability leaders. I am committed to equipping students with the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed to tackle real-world challenges, from climate resilience to smart city development. Teaching is also a way for me to contribute to society, advance research, and leave a lasting impact in my field.

My lessons are designed for university students, particularly those studying civil engineering, urban planning, and sustainability-related fields, as well as professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of these subjects.
