He has a very sound understanding of the putting stroke and worked with my natural tendencies to "fit" my putting stroke instead of forcing me into a stroke that wasn't working for me. He would be a great instructor for advanced or beginner players. Highly recommend!

Perfect! Knowing I only needed minor adjustments to straighten out my hook, Mike did not change anything terribly drastic about my swing and only gave me a couple minor adjustments which have helped so far. Adjustments being posture and grip. Would recommend.

Perfect! Mike called us before our first lesson and explained exactly how the lesson works. He took the time to ask us questions and make sure all of our questions were answered. At the lesson he approached us right away upon arrival to the green. He was friendly, smiling, happy and outgoing. It was a very warm welcome. He got started with us right away even though we were just a few minutes early. He was not someone watching the clock for the one hour lesson. He gave us great instruction. The best tips and pointers I have ever received with golf. He watched us carefully to fine tune what we were doing wrong and praised us for what we had already mastered and was doing right. Mike encouraged us and helped us to love the game of Golf even more. We are now on his email/blog/tips mailing list and have already enjoyed reading one of his emails. Deciding to take lessons was something we thought about for months. Mike was not the cheapest instructor -but we have learned over time in any aspect in life you do not necessarily want the cheapest teacher/professional on the block. He was worth his fee and then some. I am so happy my husband and I had a lesson with Mike. We will be scheduling more lessons with Mike in the near future. Golf is already a joyous event that we love, Mike just was the cherry on top.

Perfect! Michael Rios is an outstanding golf professional who has helped me hit the ball straight and long and has explained the fundamentals in a way that I can understand. He is incredibly patient, kind and knows how to relate to different personalities. I am a new golfer and I just played with a group in. a Pro Am a few days ago and the pro complimented me on my good form, swing speed and direction. I also won the ladies longest drive and the closest to the pin! My husband was so shocked at my improvement that now he is calling Michael for lessons!
