About Jeff
I've been playing guitar in bands and solo for 29 years. I went to musicians institute in Hollywood Ca. I studied rock/blues and jazz guitar and bass. I studied music theory,ear training, music reading and jazz/funk on top of the regular curriculum. My bands have played the whiskey a go go, the Roxy, the troubadour and several other well known clubs in LA and Bakersfield. I pretty much use the same curriculum to teach that I received from MI.
I like watching the beginner students get better with each lesson. Especially when the student is passionate and practicing often.
