About Marco

Most people don’t quit music because they lack talent — they quit because it takes too long to feel real.

My goal is simple:

get you from your first chord to your first performance as quickly as possible.

I don’t teach guitar and singing as separate skills. I help you combine them so you can actually play full songs, build confidence, and start expressing yourself sooner — not months or years down the line.

I’m not formally educated in music, but I’ve been playing guitar and singing for over a decade. During that time, I worked with multiple coaches and realized something important: a lot of traditional lessons don’t actually help you become an artist — they just teach pieces of the puzzle.

I had to figure out my own style, my own sound, and how to bring everything together. That’s what I help you do — faster.

My approach is focused on real progress:

learning songs you actually want to play

building coordination between voice and guitar

developing your own sound, not copying someone else

getting you comfortable performing, even if it’s just your first open mic

I also integrate tools into lessons when helpful — including Logic Pro for recording and feedback, tuner apps, and techniques like SOVT training to help you improve your voice and range more efficiently.

I’m actively performing and continuing to grow myself. When I go out and play, I consistently get strong feedback from other musicians and audiences — and I bring that real-world experience back into my lessons.

There’s a saying: “those who can’t do, teach.”

I believe the opposite — the best teachers are the ones who are actively doing.

I’m not here to keep you in lessons forever.

I’m here to help you build enough skill and confidence to go out, perform, and continue growing on your own.

About the lesson

Guitar lessons offered by Marco are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Germantown. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
