About Samuel

My moto is the world could be a better place if everyone learned an instrument. It’s kept me out of trouble and I found a love that is never extinguished and I want to show you the love of music.

I have always had a passion for shaping young minds and such a passion for music so why not combine it? I have been teaching guitar on and off for 6 years starting from when I was a youth pastor to now.

I have been perfecting my craft for 17 years. Learning from some of the best guitarists like Tyler Larson and Stevie Terreberry from YouTube.

About the lesson

My curriculum is based off of starting from the beginning. So first thing a student will learn is how to tune the guitar. Next basic chords followed by more complicated chords. Then learn about the notes on the fret board going into scales. Next will be music theory. And ending on rudiments and how to read music.

I have worked with main teenagers with a passion and drive to become rockstars to adults just wanting to pick up a new hobby and play around with friends.

Find someone local who you have a major respect for or someone that fits your needs and what you want to learn. You want to be able to play with the jazz band at your school? I can teach how to read the music and play with proficiency. You want to start a band? I can show you music theory so that you would be able to write smash hits. You even want to play at church or with a group of friends around a camp fire? I can teach you chords so you can your favorite songs.

My pricing is easy to understand. I charge 30 minute lessons for $20and hour lessons for $40. I have some of the most affordable prices in the area.
