About Kelly

My journey with the acoustic guitar began 16 years ago, and since then, it has become an inseparable part of my life. Through countless hours of practice, exploration, and performance, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the instrument's nuances. This wealth of experience has allowed me to cultivate a teaching style that emphasizes simplicity, patience, and a genuine love for music.

As an instructor, my primary focus is on beginners who are embarking on their guitar-playing journey. I believe that the foundation of a strong musical education lies in mastering the fundamentals. With this in mind, my teaching approach is centered around teaching various chords, notes, fingerstyle techniques, and chord progressions. By breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, I ensure that my students grasp each concept thoroughly and progress at their own pace.

In addition to the technical aspects of playing the guitar, I place great emphasis on nurturing a deep appreciation for music in my students. I believe that learning an instrument is not just about memorizing notes and chords; it is about unlocking the creative potential within each individual. By encouraging exploration, self-expression, and an open mind, I strive to create a supportive and inspiring learning environment.

Whether you aspire to strum your favorite songs around a campfire, write your own melodies, or simply find solace in the soothing sounds of the guitar, I am here to guide you every step of the way. My goal is to empower my students, instilling them with the confidence and skills they need to achieve their musical aspirations.

I am excited to embark on this musical journey with you, and I am confident that together we can unlock your full potential as a guitarist. If you are interested in taking the first steps towards becoming a proficient acoustic guitar player, please do not hesitate to reach out. I would be more than happy to discuss how we can tailor the lessons to suit your needs and goals.

Thank you for considering me as your guitar instructor. I look forward to the opportunity to share my passion for music and help you embark on a rewarding musical adventure.
