I started teaching when people heard me perform and knew me or knew a friend that was associated with me.

About the lesson

1. Have a casual chat about where we are and where we want to go.

2. Set some goals and a timeframe.

3. Review and assess progress.

4. Keep it fun and part of a great experience learning music.

I have worked with beginners and novices of all ages. I share my knowledge with anyone that's interested because I think music is a healthy habit.

Do something a great guitar player, or heck, a musician of any discipline would do everyday. Include that with scheduled practice and instruction and you can't miss.

I interviewed author Teri Wade author for my podcast. She just published a book called "Write Youself Into Your Dreams" and she showed great passion for her work and how it helps others to acheive beyond there normal mindset.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should be able to convey how intensely they want to learn the craft. It tough if one party wants gold and the other will just settle to go through the motions.

I get to focus on what I want to learn instead of a “curriculum” and he’s super flexible both schedule and lesson wise. I love that I’m not forced to do anything that I don’t want to do and that everything we do is something that I have fun with. 10/10 would recommend!! :)
