About Cason

I want to help you achieve YOUR goals! My lessons are not only informative, fun, and engaging, but also tailored to each student's specific needs and style!

I have over 10 years of professional experience as a teacher and performer in multiple genres including: rock, pop, country, metal, folk, and musical theatre. I combine theory with real-world experience to make sure you're getting the most well-rounded education possible.

I love helping each student along their individual journey! Everyone has different experience levels, different backgrounds, and most importantly, different tastes! If you're wanting to learn a Guns N' Roses song on guitar, I'm not going to ask you to first learn a classical piece or a country piece! We will explore the techniques that help you do what YOU want to do.

In addition to years of professional experience on stage and in the studio, I am a graduate of both AMDA NY for Musical Theatre and SAE Institute in NY for Audio Engineering

About the lesson

First and foremost, I want to learn about them! I'm interested in each student's individual experience, taste, and goals. We will have a conversation identifying those things, so we can decide together how to move forward! Most importantly, however, we will be playing the instrument the first lesson!
