About Craig

Following my loves of music and of teaching, I began as a vocal coach and a piano teacher in 2017 after graduating from university, applying and sharing the techniques and musicality that I learned in school.

Bachelor of Music, concentrations in Music Education (Vocal Emphasis) and Composition from San Jose State University

Associate of Arts in Music from De Anza College

About the lesson

With a new student, I like to get to know the student to learn about them, their musical experiences and interests, as well as more about them as a person so we can better understand how to work together to acheive their musical goals.

I have worked with students of many varieties, from children ages 5-6 through adults interested in learning a new art, working in foreign language songs and with students with exceptional needs of different types and degrees.

Look for a teacher who is willing to work with your interests, but who also wants to expand what you are familiar with. A good teacher will meet you where you are to guide you through the process and work to meet your goals.
