About Angie & Jim
We are an amazing tribe of people dedicated to protecting ourselves, and our families through cutting-edge personal protection products and skills. One in five women will be assaulted in their lifetime. We are fighting to change those statistics every day, one Damsel at a time.
We are members of a Martial Arts Council based in Hong Kong that believes it is our duty to serve and protect those around us.

We meet you where you are. A six week walk thru the science and application of fighting back, tailored to your body type, fitness and comfort levels.
90 pound 13 year old girls to 78 year old grammas.
We have assisted a wheelchair bound person, the visually and hearing impared and a crutch dependent middle aged man.
Kung Fu meets you where you are.
Find a teacher who you can relate to. You cannot learn form someone you do not trust or respect, nor can you become truly effective being run thru a student mill. This journey is about you.
We hold regular self defense workshops around our community. We have worked with Omaha Gun Club, several local businesses and a local Hospital staff.
