About Phuntso
I am a recent law school graduate with a passion for tutoring. I am primarily interested in LSAT tutoring because my twin passions are the law and uplifting students to open greater educational opportunities.
I received a 173 on the LSAT in September 2016 and was accepted into all of the law schools I applied to, including Yale, Harvard, and Stanford (obviously). I was also offered several full-scholarships including the David M. Rubenstein Scholarship at UChicago and the Mordecai Scholarship at Duke. As such, I am also happy to consult with students about the rigors of the law school application process more generally and offer admissions advice when needed. I also have about 4 years of tutoring experience through the East Palo Alto Stanford Academy, where I have worked with middle and high schoolers, primarily tutoring them in english and the humanities.
I am currently looking for work that serves as a part-time complement to my primary work of studying for the California Bar. I look forward to working with you!
