About Angela

I am a Martha Beck certified Life coach. I work with people who are ready to get clear about what they want. My clients learn how to look at limiting beliefs that are holding them back from what they truely desire and use tools to grow. My coaching sessions don't always take place in an office setting. I sometimes use nature and horses to show people how they are showing up in the world.

I love watching people grow and work on themselves to achieve their goals. Every client is different. Watching their progress is what I enjoy most. Visit my facebook page. Angelajacksonlifecoach.

After attending years of self help and lifecoaching seminars. I decided to go deeper and study with one of the best. Martha Beck has written many books, writes for O magazine.

I am a certified Lifecoach. I trained with Martha Beck at the Martha Beck Institute. I am currently working with Koelle Simpson towards my Equus coaching cerification. Equus coaching uses horses to help with clients.

About the lesson

I offer a free 20 minute session over the phone. If we feel like we are a good fit we schedule a regular one hour session. Usually it takes 3 sessions to start to see how the process will work.

My cllients are typically women who are really wanting to see a change in their life. They are women who feel stuck and don't know why. Some have had life changing events and are not sure what to do next.

The advice I would give someone looking for a coach is to look at credintials, talk to the coach and be honest with what your expectations are. Then go with your gut.

I recently hosted a workshop using horses to show people how they show up in the world. Working with horses excelerate the coaching process. And I am so grateful to be able to do the work I love.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Potential Clients should really think about what they really want out of their sessions and be open enough to dig in and do the work.
