About Lorna
Celebrating positive change and growth with new students and clients is fuel for my soul! Coaching is my passion and I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to walk alongside others just like you -cheering you on as you pursue your best life! Should we choose to work together, I wiill guide you, support you, adapt as needed and ensure that you are continuously supported and taking steps forward each and every day.
Life is messy. It has its ups and owns. I choose to call them squats. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow and become a better, stronger version of ourselves. Without the countless squats I've done over the years., I would not have the opportunity to offer up a different perspective and walk with you on this amazing journey. Some days it doesn't feel so "amazing", but each day is a new beginning - an opportunity to take one more step towards the best day ever. I love that I get to be part of your adventure and celebrate with you!
