About Lesley
As a certified holistic health coach currently studying a program in functional nutrition, I help my clients learn what are the best foods for them and how to incorporate those foods into their life. I specialize in digestive issues and use energy or electroceutical medicine, massage, and essential oils along with food choices to dramatically improve my clients' health.
I love seeing how my clients' energy levels and their overall self-care increases.

After a new student completes a brief health history form, I review it in a 30 minute free consultation. Next, we meet on a weekly basis in person or on the computer/phone over an agreed upon time frame -- a minimum of two months and, on average, six months.
