About Justin

I love real estate!! It gets me excited, it keeps me going full speed and it keeps me focused. I am always continuing education and growing by learning new strategies from fellow investors all over the country in a high-level mentorship I am apart of. The growth and knowledge applied through out the training will show you how to successfully flip real estate from scratch. Real estate for me is more than a job or a career is a necessity in life and the skills that I am prepared to teach you is something that you can take with you for years to come as it adds a massive tool to your toolbelt. When you have the knowledge on how to execute a real estate deal, no one can take that away from you.

In this training I will show you how to market for leaves how to acquire and negotiate deals and how to turn the fruits of your labor into cash and cash flow into your business with very little or no money down.

I have created content of me walking through houses and have put it on social media where people on social media offered to pay me to teach them about how to invest into real estate and I only did it with a small amount of people but now I am looking to expand my knowledges.

I have been a real estate investor for four years. Aside from my experience with closing deals, I have invested thousands of dollars into my real estate investment education. I have attended and been apart of many courses, online and in person. I am a part of a mastermind groups with other seasoned investors all over the country. Memebership to the group I am in is $12,000 a year so we take real estate very serious.

About the lesson

When I take on a new student first I have a discovery meeting to find out exactly where my student is that in their journey if they are just starting out, if they have been doing a deal here or there, or if they are very seasoned investors who needs a new perspective on strategies to find and close more deals in this down market.

I work with students who are brand new as well as students who have their own business or maybe started their business but need to tweak some things.
