About Michael
This is 100% boxing Mitt aka pad and heavy bag focused training. I only do 1 to 1, or 2 to 1 if you invite a friend/spouse. This is perfect for first timers, beginners, and intermediate folks. (See below for the general agenda)
I've been a tutor and boxing trainer for years in NYC, LA, and now Las Vegas/Henderson. I've trained and have hosted workshops for kids, teens, and adults tons of times.
If training at my location (2151 village walk drive, henderson nv) it will generally last 1 hour but you can choose the time. minutes (this the time of a full boxing match with 1 minute in between) but time slots are an hour so you have time for additional rest or any set up you may need.
Round 1. Warm up: Key stretch for boxers
Round 2. Warm up: Light shadow box
Rounds 3 to 7: Mitt Work
Round 7 to 12: Heavy bag
Rounds 12+: Customized
Finish off: Key stretch for boxers
Pricing per session = $50/each
