About Vlad
I pride myself on teaching my students the highest level of boxing technique and punching mechanics. Through boxing-specific training and a focus on functional strength and movement, anyone can become a knockout puncher. I've been boxing for over 15 years and an undefeated professional for the last 8 years. I'm licensed and certified to build programs for strength and conditioning, muscle gain, weight loss, athletic performance, and corrective exercise. I enjoy seeing the transformations physically and mentally that my clients undergo when they trust the process and stick to our training. It's truly rewarding seeing my clients healthier and more confident in their bodies and abilities.
I started teaching in 2015 when I realized that I had a specific skillset for boxing and an eye for detail. The transformation that I made personally in my fitness, I wanted to share that with others. I knew that I could help people feel more confident through boxing while simultaneously improving their health and fitness, and when I started to see my clients' transformations I knew I had found my calling.

Whenever I have a new student, I always ask them to make a list of personal goals that they want to achieve and what they want to get out of boxing/personal training. Once I have a guideline of what they want out of me, that gives me the blueprint to create a program specific to their needs. Everything is always tailored to the student and what they want.
I've worked with everyone from 8 year old children to professional athletes and senior citizens. I've trained celebrities, professional athletes, executives, doctors, lawyers, and anyone else who wants to become healthier and more fit.
It's never too soon and it's never too late to start. Don't be intimidated to try something you might think is outside of our comfort zone. That's where the greatest growth occurs.
My 16 year old student's first amateur boxing match. He was so brave to step into the ring and compete, and I'm proud to say that he won with me in his corner.

All I can say is that I’m so happy that I switched from going to a boring gym to getting personalized training and boxing sessions with Vlad. Being that I have a busy schedule, it’s super convenient that he comes to my house. My body has already transformed in only 2 months and my stress levels have gone down with all the boxing.
