He is now a third-degree black belt junior instructor with multiple State and District titles and has ranked top 3 in the World for the last 4 years. Gold Medal Martial Arts (GMMA) has been a second home to our family. It has helped my son become the strong and confident young man he is today. Master Gast is an incredible trainer. My daughter has been training with him for a little over a year, we are happy to travel close to an hour each way for his level of expertise.
