Been working with Sergio for about 2 months now and I gotta give him 5 stars. He makes the training fun, but also helps you work on correct form and technique. He’s professional, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks Sergio!!

I love to box. My personal training had started to peak and I knew I needed to add something new to keep making progress. Working with Serg was just what I needed. He’s professional, organized, and a skilled trainer. Highly recommended.

Sergio is really fun to work with. He cares about teaching proper technique so that you don’t hurt yourself. This is my first time boxing so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Sergio is very patient and he plans out the workout so that it’s not overwhelming or too difficult. Looking forward to getting in shape and learning how to box with Sergio!
