About Franciane

I like to see people feeling better and better, with less pain, with more autonomy in their daily activities.
I started teaching Pilates in 2009, when I opened my own Pilates Studio in Brazil. At that time I was already a Physiotherapist and used Pilates for rehabilitation
I have training in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release. I am a Physiotherapist graduated in 2008 in Brazil. I have been working with Pilates since 2009. Training in therapeutic Pilates, Pilates for athletes, Pilates for pregnant women, Pilates applied to neurological patient. I have a lot of practice in spine disorders

I always start by making a detailed assessment of the student and teaching him the importance of building the movement.
I worked with athletes, with patients in pain, with a neurological patient, a patient who aimed only at physical activity, post surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic patient, among others. I have a lot of practice in spine disorders
