About Stephen
I got started teaching as a junior in undergrad when my advisor suggested I start tutoring and having group study sessions for their class.
I have a B.S. Chemistry with minors in Mathematics and Biology as well as two years of graduate studies in chemistry. I have been a chemistry tutor and/or teaching assistant for the past four years.

Meeting over zoom (due to COVID) to learn about their needs and what topics are specifically challenging and then plan follow up meetings with specific goals in mind.
I have worked with a wide variety of students, typically at the college level, but am open to help all levels.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
You should always think conceptually about the topics that are challenging rather than specific problems that you are having trouble with. From past experience with students I have tutored, the ones that spent the time to identify the concepts that they needed help with rather than coming with specific problems were able to succeed much better.
