About Piseth

Hello,

My name is Piseth and I have a BS in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, a MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, and an MBA from NYU. I am used to helping my peers succeed especially in technical subjects. I love seeing my students truly understand a topic and go on to achieve great things.

I love seeing the spark of joy my students get after truly understanding something that has stumped them before. Being a tutor means you have a truly important impact on your student's lives.

My peers have always reached out to me to help them study and suceed in their problem areas.

I am very well educated at the best schools in a variety of topics. I have a BS in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, and an MBA from NYU.

About the lesson

I first have to understand where the student is coming from. The reason most students are not as successful in technical subjects is a lack of understanding of something more fundamental. Once the fundamental understanding is tackled, we can build on it to achieve the end goal.

Primarily High School & College students.

Really work with someone you are able to connect with. Learning and tutoring are both very human driven experiences, the better you connect with someone, the better you both will do.

If you are reaching out to a tutor, that means you have tried things on your own that didn't work for you. Doing the same things you have tried, probably won't suceed. Be prepared to discuss what you have tried before and see how we can work together to try something different.
