About Christian
My name is Christian Hernandez, and I hold a Master's degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from California State University, Long Beach.
My interest in tutoring began by helping my younger sister with her schoolwork and seeing her confidence and academic performance improve. I also helped friends and their younger siblings with math, science, and homework, which showed me how rewarding it is to support students as they learn and grow.
I enjoy making challenging concepts easier to understand and creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. My goal is to help students succeed academically while developing strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
