About Alexis

In school I wasn't always the first kid to understand topics but I was always the hardest working! I can relate to each students needs because I remember struggling in school as a kid. When my mom gave birth to my baby brother I needed extra help and attention outside of school. My bond with my tutor was very special and I will never forget the importance of being patient when someone struggles. Years later I graduated in the for 4% of my high school graduating class and was the first in my family to get a degree. I can explain topics in various ways to identify how each student learns and processes information. Having a pre-teen of my own allows me to be familiar with modern curriculm to understand what your child is learning.

Her friendly manner. She worked well with my granddaughter and never got frustrated. Alexis had a great way of encouraging and getting my granddaughter to learn.
