About Jillian

I have my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and have tutored families in my general area for 3+ years now. I have my teaching certification in K-6 any subject and love working with my students! Success is not obtained until my students are developing habits to pick up on each concept easier as time goes, or just progressing heavily with a concept they were struggling with before tutoring with my company!

I started teaching by tutoring previous students of my internships in college who had reached out for some extra help.

I have my bachelors degree in elementary education, as well as my teaching certificate K-6 all subjects!

About the lesson

When I'm initially working with a new student, I will assess their background knowledge and discover what patterns they seem to be getting stuck on.

I have worked with all types of students being an education major. As long as we are able to come together and work for success, it is all obtainable!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
As a student, you should think about what concepts you find most difficult and where you get stuck! As a teacher, I will be able to determine the rest, but it makes the process move along even faster if you are able to express what gets you stuck! If you're not sure, that's okay too! We'll work as a team to achieve success! :)

Sophia

Jill is so kind and was willing to work with my daughter even more when she would get frustrated with herself. Sophia has improved throughout the last few months with her test scores in math. I highly recommend her company!
