About Tess
UC Davis graduate, tutoring experience from high school, excellent at explaining math in an easy, calm way so that students can understand it and feel confident practicing on their own.
I know that school can be stressful when you don't understand something and I don't think anyone should be stressed over something as unimportant in life as math. I love seeing someone become more confident in their skills and not worry so much about test days and completing homework assignments.
I graduated from UC Davis in 2019 as a premed, spanish major. I decided not to go to medical school but completed many math classes in preparation for it. I also took AP math and science classes in high school and tutored for those classes.
