About Pedro

This is a one-person business originating from an aspiring dental student with an exceptional GPA who has focused studies specifically on science-related material. I will receive a bachelor's in biology on december of 2020.

I enjoy watching the progression of learning and noticing when my advice and simple tricks lead to moments of improvement. I want to help people. Knowing that the combined effort from the tutor and the student leads to success is what makes me happy.

I got started teaching by volunteering to be a mentor for students that were failing in college courses. Through implementation of effective study habits, every student that was mentored had significantly increased their test scores and never failed another test in that course.

I am an aspiring dental student majoring in biology and will receive a bachelors in biology in december of 2020. I have participated in extensive academic enrichment programs and have mentoring experience. For the sake of privacy, I will not mention the names of the programs that I have participated in.

About the lesson

The typical process will involve notifying me by email over the specific areas that need covering and a one-on-one zoom meeting will be scheduled at the earliest convenience concerning the tutor and the student. The zoom meeting will end when the student is content and feels either ready or pleased with the tutoring provided.

I have worked mainly with students that were failing their classes and thinking about withdrawal from that course.
