About Aigner

Hello parents/guardians, my name is Aigner Wilson. I am a 4th grade teacher for Normandy Schools Collaborative. I was a substitute teacher for 3 years and teacher for the district, going into my 3rd year. I received my bachelors degree from Harris Stowe State University and my masters degree from Lindenwood University. I refer to my students as Kings and Queens because it automatically allows them to see themselves as royalty. I promote self esteem, self confidence and self worth through this theme and it has proven to be effective.

Dynasty Tutoring is all about student engagement and enrichment. Showing students effective ways to learn strategies they can use to understand different parts of math. We can all agree that Mathematics is an important but sometimes difficult subject. Dynasty is prepared to show your King or Queen multiple ways to learn and use this learning in real life situations.

About the lesson

When getting to know a student for tutoring, first I get a list of intrest from the student and list of concerns from the parent or teacher of student. I do a week of planning, along with meeting with the student to give pretest. Next, I will use data from student, parent, teacher and pretest to start preparing lessons.
