About Armaan

As an engineering student, I am using this opportunity to stay sharp and strong on the fundamental concepts on which students get tested frequently in all types of quantitative classes. I can provide unique insight on how to equate skills in math and statistics to a career in data science or machine learning. As well as a holistic approach towards tackling AP and SAT workload.

I enjoy the satisfaction associated with natural organic learning, especially in moments where a challenging concept 'clicks' in a student's mind.

I began teaching by helping out at The Priddy Learning Academy in Millburn, NJ

I am enrolled as a full-time electrical engineering student at The Cooper Union, class of 24'. I have previously tutored SAT Math, Reading & Writing, both privately and part-time under tutoring centers. I have taken and am qualified to tutor students in AP subjects such as AP Chemistry, AP Calculus AB & BC, AP Statsitics, AP Physics E&M + Mechanics, as well as numerous other specialized STEM courses in data analysis, mathematical modeling, and even advanced probability and statistical modeling.

About the lesson

I begin by communicating with my students or their parents in order to get a specific idea of the material we plan on covering together. After a proper plan is established, I primarily focus on guiding my students through the process of building an intuitive understanding of said material.

I have worked with students ranging from elementary school to high school, however, the majority of my experience lies in SAT, ACT, and PSAT preparation.

It is important to find a teacher that is creative and can present challenging concepts in unique ways, especially when dealing with abstract math and physics.

I am very excited that the James Webb Telescope was successfully launched into space yesterday.
