About Richard

We offer a perfect match guarantee. Our program includes packages of hours. If during or after your first lesson you are not satisfied with the tutor we will replace the tutor until we find one that is a perfect match for you. However, I can say that almost a hundred percent of the time are match is perfect.

The executive director has a PhD in education, all tutors are at least college graduates.

Our executive director has a PhD in education. He performs an assessment to see where the student should best begin. Then you are matched to a tutor who is a master at your subject matter and the curriculum is built that results in high student outcomes

Perfect! We have only had 2 lessons so far but my daughter seems to like her tutor. They let us pay for 1 session before we invested so much money into it which really put my mind at ease about it. So far so good.

Dr. Hayward's level of service, attention to detail and passion for helping children is amazing. There are lots of "tutors" out there, but Dr. Hayward and his team are obsessed with targeting the problem and helping children develop the skill for permanent long-term benefit and not just a short term grade.
