About Nashea

For me, numbers is a form of expression and life can be broken down to the most simple of equations. Often, we struggle to find correlation between two items but math opens the door to gain a deeper meaning to the most complex situations.

If I were to be described in three words, it would be motivational, dedicated and goofy. These are the main three conponents I use when assisting my students with math. As a Distinguished honor roll student throughout elementary and high school, to completing my degree at Temple University in Communications with a minor in Spanish and Buisness, I have grown a stronger love in education. During my college years, I nannied helping with after school help and volunteered with Big Brothers, Big Sisters creating a more motivated environment for my students.

I believe children are the future and I could think of no better way to help parents, students and young adults through the process of problem solving. I'm currently an independent broker, self-employeed and run my business in my home. I am committed to helping you reach your goals and provide both a flexible approach and schedule.

I've had a continued passion since I was a child. Originally, I wanted to be an attorney and was fixated on this dream form 4th grade to freshmen year of college. Now, I find the most pleasure through helping others achieve their goals in a kind but constructive manner.

-Work Experience: After school, part-time nanny (3.5 yrs) in Society Hill, Philadelphia

About the lesson

Once we have completed an introductory phone call or meeting, I'd like to go over your strengthen and weaknesses followed by any 3-6 month action plan on how we can achieve whatever your personal goals are.

I am flexible on the approach, schedule and frequency as I know we are not a 'one size fits all'.

I have worked with ages 2yrs - 18 yr olds. Also taught adults from 21 - 45 years old.

Math can be a dry subject but its only built on perspective. Find someone who understands the problem but also multiple solutions.
