About Yasmin

I have been tutoring since 2013. I began tutoring with Kumon, and decided to expand myself as a tutor. I have since worked with numerous students in and around the Philadelphia area. The students I generally work with range in grades 1 through 9. My students have become more confident in themselves as well as their academics. I believe in a method that encourages the students to listen, attempt together, and do on their own. I am easily accessible to all of my students and dedicate the necessary time towards them acheiving!

I began working as a tutor at Kumon in 2013. I decided move forward and tutor on my own as an independent contractor. I currently have 5 students.

About the lesson

Figuring out how the student learns and what they know. Then, strengthening the foundation so they can build and learn new material.

I have worked with students with ADHD, Dyslexia, and Autsim.

Find someone you feel comfortable working with. Do not feel afraid to tell a tutor of your specific needs.
