About Emily
I'm a hard-working and empowered nursing student with dreams of being a nurse practitioner in the future. I went to a private college preparatory school, meaning I've taken college classes for over 5 years now. I have a 3.84 gpa and just got a 95 on my math competency test! I've taken classes on Greek mythology, Sherlock Holmes, Queen Elizabeth, Surrealism, and so much more.
When someone I help passes their exam, or gets a higher grade on their essay, or even just gains a little more confidence, I feel so excited for them!
I've been teaching "classes" since high school. I make sure to help anyone who needs it.
I'm in school myself! I've had to learn the hard way to put in effort and time, but most importantly, I know to be patient and understanding.

I like to guide the student to the right answer by using their own knowledge. That way I'm not giving them the answer, but rather letting them use their own brain to figure the problem out.
Ive tutored students with ADD, dyslexia, PTSD, and I will always make accommodations!
I am most fond of earning a 96 on my pharmacology exam! That class was absolutely terrifying!
