About Andy

I believe I can provide high quality, online mathematics support at a fair charge with my unique approach. I have been tutoring students for over four years, and I fell in love with teaching. Contact me at (concealed information)

My favorite thing about tutoring is being able to allow the student to enjoy what there are learning. I believe you can master material when you are passionate about what you are learning.

I started teaching in high school when I fell in love with my math tutor's teaching style. I have tried to replicate his methodology in my work.

I am a current sophomore at Claremont McKenna College, studying mathematics and economics-accounting. I work at Claremont Tutors, where I have tutored three college and high school students; I was awarded tutor of the week.

About the lesson

I believe having a strong connection with your student is the key to creating a healthy work environment. I love to start with some ice-breakers and find similar passions.

I have worked with a wide range of ages (13-20)
