About Sasanka
I am an individual who is passionate about education in general and mathematics in particular.
I do believe I have a good aptitude for mathematics with a passion to impart the right concepts to students.
I think no topic at high school level or even at engineering is difficult for any student provided it is explained in th eright way.
I am undergraduate from IIT Madras with an overall experience of close to 2 years of training students in Mathemeatics at high school level and for CAT (MBA) examination.
I worked at TIME and IMS, two of the most popular institutes which train students for various entrance examinations.
Just as an example:
I am sure many students might answer to the question -
'What do you get if you share one rupee 50 paise with your friend, both getting equally?'
But, they might not when you ask the same question as -
'What is (3/2)/2 or 1.5/2?
They just don't know it's the same?
Mathematics is beautiful.
I enjoy the feeling when I can guide students into realising the same; simultaneoulsy clearing their minds into seeing that maths is actually simple and comes quite naturally to most of us.
At IIT Madras, I started teaching mathematics to high school students voluntarily.
I succesfully cleared IIT JEE entrance examination in 2002 and graduated from IIT Madras in 2006.
I trained students in mathematics at TIME and briefly at IMS, two of the premier institutes of India that train students for variuos entrance examinations.
