Brian is extraordinary. He took an in-depth, imaginative and unafraid approach to understanding our young adult child. He was truly an immersed, committed partner in helping him. When we asked Brian to be part of our child's alternative learning journey, he put on the snorkel and dove deep with us. He earnestly strove to understand our child's thinking, pulling from his treasure trove of hard-earned knowledge and God-given abilities and intuitions to navigate the difficult waters of comprehension and communications in our child's uniquely-wired neurology. Brian is direct, yet gentle. He has the wonder of a child, yet is astute in his assessments. He hears when he listens and, in a timely and professional way, executes a thoughtful plan. All in all, Brian's input, which is dedicated and intentional, is worth exceedingly more than the wage he asks.

My daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia in the fall of 2021, she dreaded going to her first grade class because it was so hard for her! She was anxious, insecure, and nervous. Kindergarten was so much fun and easy, but now she had to learn how to read! We found Brian through our school and he has changed my daughter's life! After just a few months with him, the hard work of her teachers, and the collaboration he had with her school, Brian was able to successfully teach my daughter to read. She not only learned to read, but she became confident, strong, excited, and passionate about reading! I highly recommend Brian, he connects very well with his students and individualizes his lessons to the student. I am also a school teacher and respect the work that Brian does! We hired Brian to help with our son’s reading comprehension and poor test scores. We realized with Brian’s help that there are a lot of different interventions to help and each child responds differently. Brian has customized lesson plans to our son and continued to adapt to our son’s learning needs. We are consistently updated on progress and asked what our expectations are. We are so grateful for Brian and how he has helped our son.
