About Afrodite
Being a graduate student of Psychology, and having trained and practiced meditation teaching and massage therapy across the world has led me to acquiring experience in various types of meditation techniques. From mindfulness to therapeutic meditations with the purpose of healing the body, emotions, mind-states, relationships, as well as attaining life goals. These meditations assist with coping with stress, fear, low self-esteem and grounding. Furthermore, they touch upon topics such as loneliness, forgiveness, integration of the conscious and subconscious self (shadow work). They teach assertive communication, applying healthy boundaries, attracting a soulmate and making progress. Additionally, I teach active meditations which help induce the state of meditation naturally.
Meditation sessions are tailored to fit the specific needs of each individual and are combined with psychotherapeutic exercises.
I have attained a BA in Psychology, and a Certificate in Meditation Teacher Training through the Meditation Learning Center as well as an Osho Meditation Facilitator Certificate through the Breath of Life Institute.
