About Adam
Adam Hansen is a full-time cellist and composer committed to understanding all aspects of the cello and musical composition. When his students have a question, he has an answer that will help them to progress smoothly and happily.
Adam is part of the string duo Duo.Hansen, where he and his partner Julia arrange music from film scores and popular songs as well as classical works. They also compose their own pieces to expand the limited repertoire for violin and cello duo.
Having a teacher with a full-time commitment to music will help you to reach your highest potential with your lessons. Adam is always available throughout the week in between lessons to help with any issues.

Adam was my first and only cello teacher. I began studying with him during Sophomore year of high school. He is very approachable and friendly individual; but at the same time he pushed and challenged me in my practicing and musical abilities. The only thing stronger than Adam's talent as a cellist is his dedication to each of students and their success as musicians. I would highly recommend his studio to learn the cello and to gain a greater understanding of music as well.
