About Norma
I love giving my students the right tools and mindset to reach their goals. We can take babysteps so it's not so overwhelming learning new things. I help clients get to the root of the problem, so we can change their behavior toward food

I enjoy working one on one with my clients. I enjoy working with women dealing with emotional eating and cravings. Teaching them what their triggers are and how to overcome them. Taking their control back from food. A lot of us were taught to soothe our feelings through food. Clients can learn how to comport themselves without relying on food. I enjoy when my clients start feeling better in their own bodies and having those aha moments.
Certified as a Holistic Health Coach from IIN (Institute Integrated Nutrition)
Certified as an EFT/Tapping Coach for Emotional Eating and Cravings
Certified as an Essential Oil Coach
