About Rachel
Small, friendly atmosphere with highly trained and certified Pilates instructors. We teach privates and duets on the Pilates apparatus and small group Pilates Mat and Gyrokinesis classes. We are conveniently located on Dekalb Avenue in Candler Park. Our teachers have been teaching 10 plus years and are highly qualified to handle general aches and pains and common back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee issues.
