About Kevin
I have been training clients for the past 7 years.
I am a high level fitness professional that has taken +169 hours of education at EFTI (Equinox Fitness Training Institute).
Within that same year I completed EFTI I also attended +15 different certification courses and completed all of them.
My passion to help my clients perform at their best and also helping them to get to their goals as fast as possible is the main reason why I have dedicated so much time to education my education.

The first meeting will usually be a Fitness assessment which includes a body composition check and also a movement screening to check for movement deficiencys. With this information I will then create a program for you and work with you on how to best optimize your time during your workouts. I will also give suggestions on lifestyle changes to accelerate the process of reaching your health and fitness goals.
