About John
Many trainers will put their clients in bloated bootcamps, where they get no individual attention, or else throw them into programs that make them feel like they're working hard, but are really just spinning their wheels. My programs are custom tailored to give results. I have no group classes with more than 6 people, so you will always get direct feedback.
