About Nick
Very knowledgable on hiit training, cardio training, and weight gaining. As well as nutrional info on superfoods and proper nutrition. Much of my knowledged is gained through certs as wel as training at various gyms between New jersey, Los Angelos, Boca raton FL.
I Love helping others in every aspect of there life not just the fitness related side. Helping others stay motivated goal driven and change their perspective to be a better version of them self. Aswell i am a people person so great to meet new people.
