I am USA Boxing Certfified

in process of completing my NASM certification!

I am a ametuer Boxer currently turning professional

About the lesson

I do a 30 minute Introductory session going over Boxing Fitness goals, form and getting to know the client while they get a great boxing session!

All type of students! Any age 💪🥊.

Perfect! I was extremely nervous before coming to training and didn't know what to expect. However, this is the most fun I've had working out. He got straight to the point and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely worth it.
