About Justina
I have had years training folks from runners, body builders, post natal mamas, obese to seniors.
i have experience in all of it.
i also am currently employed as a personal trainer at Gold's gym in Rockhill SC.. but reside in Charlotte. I am ACE certified and also certified in CPR, AED and first aid!
before I was a trainer I was 250lbs and had, had my first child already. I realized after my second child came along I wasn't going to be able to keep up with my babies. I made a decision that has shifted my health in such a way that I am not able to help others in their journey! I have been a nurse, a marathon runner for 4 yrs, personal trainer and bodybuilder.
I love that I can give back to my community and I absolutely LOVE my job. I live to encourage others and since childhood I've always been "the helper." It is pure calling..
