About Megan
I love helping those change their lives to something that makes them truly happy! With my background in fitness and psychology, I offer mindset and motivational coaching plus different programs for those who are just beginning their journey or for those who are the trained athlete.
I have been doing this for about five years now, but only recently got certified through NASM for being a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and am constantly continuing my education to be a better fit for my clients.

Each day when I get to work, I see so many people who have come up and asked me questions about how to improve their health, change up their routine, or just about what health alternatives to not so healthy food choices.
Each person ALWAYS has a smile on their face, explaining how much they love the club and that the workouts I give them kick their butt!
The best thing of all though - is when a client comes up to me and tells me that they reached a goal of theirs!
-One has lost almost 40 lbs
-Another can do three pull ups, after never being able to do one ever
-Lost the weight to fit into her wedding dress
-Exercises for his mental health and enjoys my random workouts

I get to know all I can about my students! Starting a new journey, especially with a stranger, can be overwhelming. I take that right out of the equation. If they want me to workout with them so it's more comfortable - I sure will! Have questions about at home stretches/exercises? Call or text me and I'm right there. No need to wait until our next session.
You're not on your own during this new chapter - I'm right there with you, the whole entire way.
