About Laura
We are the only gym in Charlottesville that can train you specifically for Spartan (and other OCR) races. My clients get results, which keeps them coming back for more. You will be challenged, but you will see and feel the payoffs.
I thoroughly enjoy taking the journey with my clients towards their fitness goals! It's so exciting to watch their improvements in every area!
