About Ryan

I support people in unlocking their true potential. With over 11 years of experience, I coach my clients to focus on their mindset and gain accuracy on their goals. Then I support them in creating and taking action upon a plan so they can become the best version of themselves.

In today's society, many people suffer from indecision, uncertainty, and fear. They are frustrated because they realize something needs to change, yet are unable to pinpoint what they can do to facilitate that change for themselves. This is where I help them gain clarity and overcome limiting beliefs that are in the way of them unlocking their true potential.

I started coaching accidentally. I was a substitute high school teacher and one day the head athletic director approacehd me while I was exercising on the football field. He asked if I would assist coaching during the boy's athletics period for awhile, which I did. Eventually some of the students began referring to me as "Coach" and asked if they could work with me outside of school. I agreed, and over time our clientelle increased from high school only students, to people of all ages in our community. We started renting a location and opened our gym.

I've always been intrigued by the power of our mind and the impact our words have on others, and more importantly on ourselves. In 2019 I discovered the Enlifted system of coaching and this took my abilities to help people to a level I never knew existed.

Where I was once able to influence, encourage, and empoer people through weight training, I was now equipped to help them overcome their limiting beliefs about themselves.

About the lesson

First step is an initial phone consultation to determine if working together is the best fit for the client and myself.

Second step only occurs if the first step determines we are a good fit. This is a free 1-1 phone conversation about their dreams, goals, and desires. We also discuss what they may believe is holding them back from achieving those goals. We briefly talk about membership options and enroll the client if they are interested.

Third step: Our actual coaching sessions where we will dive deep into the language, stories, dreams, and goals. We solve whatever problem is getting in the way so they can experience freedom and happiness.
