About Laura
I believe in aging actively. Keep moving physically, mentally, emotionally--it all works together. CustomFitt focuses on medical exercise: balance, pre and post rehab. Chronic conditions needing healthy options and education.
Advanced certifications in senior fitness from the Functional Aging Institute, Medical Exercise Specialist certification, corrective exercise, exercise for chronic diseases through ACSM. More than 20 years experience as an exercise specialist for the aging population.
