We are affordable, convenient, and effective. You won't find coaches at our caliber who are willing to travel to you at our prices. We are the very best in DFW.

I have a passion to see youth achieve their dreams

I've played sports since the age of 5. I was involved in everything. I played football, basketball, and ran track. I was a collegiate athlete as well for the University of Louisiana Tech. My major there was Kinesiology. I've always had a love for sports, and a love to see others grow physically and mentally.

I've grown my business to the point that now we train baseball, basketball, football, track athletes, and adults.

My staff and I have +27 years of baseball, softball, and fitness training. Every staff member was either a collegiate or professional athlete. Our members are also former coaches who are professionally certified. You are working with the best when you work with In-Phase Training.

About the lesson

We evaluate the skill level of the athlete, then from there we create a customized training session to improve his or her skills.

All Ages

Hire someone who is going to challenge you. My job is to encourage and to push you pass your limits. Don't waste your money on trainers who are ok with mediocrity.

I am fond of success stories. I usually save text messages of clients after they achieved a goal. I have plenty of fond memories or moments.
